Tyranitar Duo

Hi, i'm building up my team for trying tyranitar duo; at the moment I only have 3 Machamps (L 30 15/14/5, L 30 14/13/15, L 30 15/11/13 C/DP) and I am going to evolve another machop when I found one with high Iv or high level. I have many L 30 low Iv Hariyamas (C/DP) and a L 25 100% Blaziken. I'd like to know if it's worth powering up my Blaziken ( I also have to change its charge move to FB) or if Haryiama works better against tyranitar.
The other player have a team slightly stronger than mine (4/5 Machamps and Hariyamas), can we do it in cloudy weather?

You team looks viable for cloudy weather. We duoed ttar with me using team of L33-35 C/DP machamps/hariyamas and other player using only one machamp and rest of the team with only 1x super effective or without stab (like fightind donphan/ursaring). It took several tries but we did it.
