Hi,

in your opinion is Hyper Beam worth keeping it as a charged move or would it be better to change it?

As solo player I talk about non legendaries...

Dragonite and Ursaring with Hyper Beam are super effective against... Nothing... Would it be better to change their charged? Dragonite would earn a Dragon Type move, which as solo player doesn't have a big use... But Ursaring with Play Rough for exemple would be more useful than with Hyper beam...

Or am I wrong?

You are not wrong. Dragonite will learn outrage or hurricane, both better than hyper beam. If you get hurricane you got a good machamp counter which is important for solo players. If you get outrage you got one of the best generalists in the game.

For non-normal type pokemon, I generally don't think Hyper Beam is worth considering. For normal type pokemon, they at least get a little extra damage from STAB (same type attack bonus) and might be okay as a generalist.

Hyper Beam is Ursaring's strongest move against a neutral opponent. But if you are using it against something weak to fighting, then Counter/Close Combat is better. And if you are using it against something weak to fairy and/or placing it in a gym, then Play Rough is better.

You are a solo player? Granbull still exists!! And dragonite with steel wing and hyperbeam is one of its best counters! So wait till he gets replaced.. And then you can change it to Outrage. Also ursaring best moveset for me is counter/ ccombat,( Part time machamp). Hyperbeam gets stab but is useless.

Ditch Hyper Beam.

Definitely ditch HB on Dragonite. It is much weaker than the STAB alternatives.
The high attack stat and STAB give it some utility on Ursa as a generalist. For me, Ursa is so common, he would not warrant a TM; but your biome may be different.
