Spending Stardust

I've always been kinda reluctant to spend stardust, but since I recently reached level 38, I figured to give some Pokemons a nice boost. Some of my most used attackers have already been maxed (Dragonite, Tyranitar, ect), but any suggestions about the Pokemons listed below? Or should I take some less useful ones away to save stardust?

Your L38 Machamp are already at a good level, so that's not imperative, but also not too costly. You might want to just knock those out. SC/SB Gengar and Blissey too. You've already gone that far; just finish them out.

Of the remaining, I wouldn't spend dust on anything except Gyarados (good to have one even if you have a powered Kyogre).

The ones I would NOT feed are Beldum, Slaking, and Donphan. None have any real use at the moment.

The rest are situational and up to your discretion and game play.

Not seeing any mention of legendaries, are you in a place with a small player base? If so, most of those candidates would be great to continue to power up. If legendaries are reasonably available, then saving/spending on those might provide an overall better performance

I have a moderate and close player base in my town, legendaries are available. Have powered up stuff like: Raikou, Rayquaza and Mewtwo. With more to come I guess:)
