Power up scenarios Help request. Tyranitar. Optimal candy/dust usage

What will the best approach....raid oriented....to power up Tyranitar´s?.....got 2 really good ones....One of them is 100% Iv and the other one is 96%.... both 15 attack....and level 25
Scenario 1..:Power up the best one to the highest level possible and the 2nd one to level 30...or
Scenario 2...Power them both at the same level (ie: level 35)

From the above scenarios.....Which one would you recommend is the optimal one for candy and dust usage.

Note. they are level 30 and 25 respectively

thanks for your kind response....Yes indeed i have more ttar´s...but these 2 are top of the list...

Are you sure the 100 IV one is 15 attack?

yes..both are 15 atk...thats why picked them up for the question help request

I'd say both same level. There seems to be alot of Raid situations where multipile Tyranitars are required

I'd get both to 35 (or whatever you have the candy for), as they would be in my range that I consider worth maxing.

Well Bite doesn't have any breakpoints beyond level 30 against either Lati@s, so going beyond that is just giving you small improvements to Crunch and occasional reductions in damage. Best candy and dust usage might be to bring a third Tyranitar up to level 30.

thanks to your answer, and the others on this thread....I´m now considering a 3rd scenario....bringing a 3rd ttar to the same level too....I have candy for that 3rd scenario though....i will research more though...again...really appreciated
