So I evolved my first Gardevoir. Lvl 20 IV 92 with CB/P. I also still have 195 candies and no other good IV evolvable options. Is it worth it to TM both moves or should I wait to evolve a higher IV amd hope for better luck?

Since you already invested 124 candies, I would TM and power up to 30. It will still leave you with enough candy to evolve a better one.

Both evolutions grant you 1 candy back so the total cost is 123, but you need 124 to do the evolutions.

Which IV specifically (92 doesn't exist, it's either 91 or 93 but what's the A/D/S distribution?)

Gardevoir doesn't serve much purpose in the current metagame nor is it that good for upcoming lati twins (bad fast move), but if you don't have a decent fairy type already you can take it to Level 30 as the above suggested.

Maybe because your answer makes little sense? For the Lati-twins, both fast moves charge up really fast the two awesome charge attacks that both hit the Latis hard. Not great but definitely useable.

Then Gardevoir is one of the best counters versus Machamp Raids (most useful gym attacker in the game) and is one of the best defenders out there (superb defending moveset, typing and a Machamp blocker).

It is meta relevant and will be even more the second it gets a fast fairy move.

It doesn't even make it to the top 20 in dps or tdo against latios. Both fast moves are resisted, confusion has low eps and CB low dps.

The assertion that "Gardevoir doesn't serve much purpose in the current metagame" was what caused my downvote.

Even if not a great counter to the Lati twins, Gardevoir with Conf/DG remains among the most useful non-legendaries in the game (Machamp solos, gym defence and attacking Dragonite/Hariyama). There were (and will be) more Dragon-type legendaries that do not resist Psychic-type attacks.

Thank you! It's not even on Gamepress own freaking Latios counter page for those who take it like the bible!

Your answer precisely echoed my opinion. 'Not great' -Precisely your words. If my answer doesn't make sense neither does yours.

Who on earth uses gardevoir vs machamp raids when there are at least 5 better options?

Good defender I'll give you that.

Yout last comment- IF it gets a fairy quick move. IF. That hinges on a lot. I mean every pokemon in the game is meta relevant IF this got that move and IF that got another move right?

If you catch another high IV ralts and happen to be a male ralts, you could keep it for generation 4 where a male kirlia will evolve into galade (only works for male kirlia)
