Which Frenzy Plant Venusaur would you prefer?

Against any relevant raid bosses, Pokebattler consistently rates my L33 FP Venusaur behind my L40 Exeggutor and ahead of my L32 Exeggutor. I want to power up a Venusaur to have another top tier grass attacker. Which one would you prefer?

L33 either 11A/13D/14S 84% or 12/11/14 82%
L32 15/11/9 78%

I know the ivs aren't spectacular, but they're the best I have and I'm satisfied with them since I'll probably never get Frenzy Plant again. I'm thinking of powering one up to 35-36 for now with the idea that I would max it out once we get either Regirock or the return of Groudon/Kyogre.
