European Community Day time wrong on 3 sites

Last night we switched from CET to CEST, so from UTC+1 to UTC+2.

pokemongolive.com/event (official site): 11 a.m. Romance Daylight Time. Nobody here uses that, googling finds Romance Standard Time which is equivalent to UTC+1 = CET. The Wikipedia does not even mention Romance Daylight Time.
pokemongo.gamepress.gg: 11am to 2pm CET
pokemongohub.net: 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. UTC (GMT +0)

So, official start should have been 11 CET = 12 CEST, yet at 11:30 CEST the Bulbasaurs were out already, so it started at 10:00 CET!
