Mewtwo!!!!!

So this was my first EX Raid and I got the Mewtwo. IVs are 95.6. Attack and HP-14 and defence 15 and level 20. So should I power it up or hope for another good IV one??

Congrats. 95% with 14A is very good. Other people already max with 8x%.
By the way, chance of hoping of getting a 97% or 100%iv is 4/216.

Mewtwo is Mewtwo... Maxed him out... as long 90+ IV why shouldn't I?

Well tbh it doesn't even need to be 90%+ to be worth powering up. I'll take anything above 75%.

Stop boasting. Seriously, go ahead and max it out (or at least power it up to level 30 since you are short on stardust and may not have that many Rare Candy).

Ok. I just wanted to confirm before investing all of my rare candies into Mewtwo( I only had 95). Now it's level 32.5. Also which would be the better move- Psycho cut or Psychic? And thanx for the help guys!!

I assume you mean Psycho Cut or Confusion; this tends to differ by player. I have Confusion on mine, because I just love how it hits like a truck. Others prefer PC, typically because it offers better dodgability. I'd suggest you try PC for a while, and if you don't like it/don't care much for dodging, go for Confusion.

PC/SB is better as a psychic counter (e.g. lugia, latios twins etc...). C/SB is better as neutral generalist. Personally I change the fast move based on the raid, I have too many fTM anyway. For gyms you want FB as a charge and whichever fast move you prefer.
