Is this team good enough to solo harder movesets? I suspect I may need to replace at least one glass cannon with a bulkier alternative, but I do not have a second Tyranitar or Groudon. Already conquered a few with Focus Blast, which is so easy to dodge and resisted by my glass cannons.

(all level 30, IVs A/D/S)
1. 13/15/13 Tyranitar with Bite/Crunch
2. 14/14/10 Gengar with Hex/SBall
3. 15/15/14 Alakazam with Conf/FS
4. 13/15/15 Alakazam with PC/FS
5. 12/15/14 Espeon with Conf/FS
6. 14/13/15 Groudon with MS/EQ

It should be enough. ShB is pretty easy to dodge but will destroy your glass cannons if not dodged. SlB is harder to dodge but you won't need to dodge too much in order to survive. If you need more bulk you can slot a DT/O Dnite at the last spot.

Groudon and Tyranitar together should give you plenty enough bulk.
Also I'd go 2,3,4,5,6,1
