PoGo not working on tablet

I had the game on my tablet previously and it worked, but lately my tablet has been running slowly so i factory reset it. Now Pokemon Go doesn't even show up on my Google Play Store and when I google search it and try to install it says "Your device isn't compatible with this version". The tablet has Android version 5.0.2 and my GPS is turned to High Accuracy so i have no idea why it wouldn't be compatible anymore
