Best IV spread?

If it's lame then the IVs wouldn't matter but I'll bite.

On the one hand, Altaria benefits more from Attack and HP since it's Defense is far higher.

That being said, I find that Defense is generally better despite causing lower CP because an extra defense breakpoint makes a larger difference than the 1-2 HP caused by the HP.

I'm gonna go with 3. But the difference is so small I would go with whichever between 2 and 3 is the highest level.

Over a thousand catches later and I'm still missing that elusive shiny that evades me like Kellyanne Conway evades easy yes or no questions.
I'd go with the highest level one btw. You wouldn't ever power up an Altaria even if you got a perfect one, so just go with whatever will give you the highest cp.
