Upper frequenxy of Ex Raids tomorrow?

My town has one at a tiny park that was barely raided. My town has had as many as four at once though and has lots of sponsored gyms.

The neighboring town has 5, and the neighboring town to that has something like 3

Could be. We got one without triggering it (till now it was hard work and we didnt get it all the time).
I was surprised. Maybe they lowered the requirements?!
Next bigger town has 6 which is also record (normally they get 2-3)

Our town has 4/4 locations with an EX raid tomorrow, but from two different invite waves.

I think the March 9 wave that went out a couple weeks ago was more inclusive than normal, but the one that went out earlier today wasn't.
