This is the most unconceiveably hilarious egg event i've ever saw
When are "Windy" eggs having their chance increased? I've hatched lots of eggs in the events and most aren't related to the event at all, only relevant 2kms i see are swablus while 5km wingulls, rest are like starters, carvanha, wailmer etc. I've never saw a scyther or wynaut.
Also i've counted the 10km eggs and only the first 2 are windy, namely dratini and aerodactyl. Others are Larvitar, Mareep, Trapinch. 4 are hatching soon and i don't know what they are. But for sure i had not hatched bagon, beldum and chimecho. For a good few times i even thought groudon and kyogre won and not rayquaza.
To top this clown circus event off, the store gives NO boxes for egg incubators and forces us to buy super egg incubators for 200 pokecoins. No gift box so i'm basically using the leftover incubators from feburary to hatch these eggs (Had around 20 incubators at the end of the event).
If this is the reward for having rayquaza win more, then i might as well as want to get no reward to stop stressing my incubators. Speaking on the good side i did get more 10km eggs, so this means more dust + candy. Need the dust and candy for good reasons, since powering up lots of stuff and sticking at 350000 - 400000 dust.
NOTES: I had saw people saying that these eggs were received outside the event. They ARE received in the event. And yes, Wailmers, Carvanhas, Mareeps etc. hatch during the event. Also i've not saw anything worthwhile at the moment.

1.) Only new eggs count, that's why smart people timed their hatches to start with only 0-3 eggs in the event (received 0 "unwindy" Pokemon so far)
2.) You could've prepared yourself with incubators the last time they've sold these, atleast that's what I did - "planning"
Stop whining and turn on your head next time..
So there's 21 pokemon that are psychic/flying/dragon that have an increased chance of hatching of which 7 come from 10km eggs (normally there's about 19 out of 116? coming from 10km eggs), allthough we don't know how high the increased chance is. That's probably the reason everyone is (or should be) seeing more 10km eggs during this event.
My eggs have been a bit of a bummer so far.. A pre-event 10K egg was a Trapinch. Event eggs as follows: a couple of Wailmers and three 10K's... a 78% Skarmory, an 82% Lapras, and an 80% Feebas, all with 10 or 11 attacks. Two more 10K's incubating. RNG suggests that to balance out the crap I've hatched so far, I deserve a 100% Beldum and a 100% Bagon. You listening, Niantic? LOL
I wish that Niantics RNG worked that way! I'd definitely be in line to catch my next Raid Boss on the first throw, after missing with all 8 balls on my latest Rayquaza debacle.
(Seriously - 8 throws, every single one went waaaaaaaayyyyyyy back... and fell juuuuussssttt in front of the Rayquaza. First time I've had EVERY ball miss against a Raid Boss. None batted away. None hitting for no bonus. Every single one falling short of the Raid Boss. With Rayquaza, usually 50% of the balls fall short for me, no matter how I throw - particularly if it's in the "Up" position, then it's 75%. But last night, threw 8 balls at the "Down" position, and every one of them fell short. /end rant)
So far for me - all received during the event:
1) Wailmer (no)
2) Skarmony (yes)
3) Wingull (yes)
4) Skarmony (yes)
5) Mareep (no)
6) Dratini (yes)
7) Wingull (yes)
8) Swablu (yes)
9) Beldum (yes)
So it seems like most of them are Windy... but so far mostly sucky. (After the Dratini event, I've got 600+ Dratini candy, so unless I'm hatching a Perfect or a high IV Shiny, Dratini is now like Chansey - nice, but not important to me anymore)
(edited to reflect the last hatch.)
