When do new eggs start?

The calendar here says 15:28 hours until start. But that doesn't seem right.

Edit: Actually that could be right as the Kyogre and Groudon (Legendary week) event must end first. So yes that would mean Monday 1pm PST.

Hehehe. The announcement from the app popup simply stated any Mons that like windy condition will hatched from eggs. It doesn't say gen 1, 2, or 3, so I am thinking endless skarmories.
