Will they even let groudon and kyogre evolve to primal form?
Or they will just put the primal form as a different Pokémon to raid with signature move to milk our money again?
i am so worry about this because i see castform being treat as different pokemon
And I feel like finding 100iv and maxing out my current groudon and kyogre is pointless and will make me regret it so hard in the future....
and I don’t feel they are even gonna let us evolve our current groudon and kyogre into primal form....because niantic is niantic , they need money.....

I'm going assume Primal Reversion (as well as mega evolutions) are going to be treated as they are in the main games, as an optional in-battle ability, which would require a revamp of the battle mechanics. If held-items are ever introduced, this would be an obvious part of the mechanic.
Regardless, primal/mega changes are generation 6, so we'll probably have a couple of years before that happens. Worse come to worse, regular Groudon/Kyogre will have a ton of use before they are potentially outclassed but their primal forms.
Considering the fact that mega evolutions were added in gen 6 and there's a lot of content and money to be made without bringing them in, I'd say don't worry about it. We're most likely not getting mega evolves in years. They would be met with a significant backlash from the community if they changed the rules and made us catch the primal forms separately but even if they do that, you've gotten years of use from your base Groudons and Kyogres so it doesn't matter.
Machamp is one of the best investments in the game right now even though it's most likely going to retire after gen 5 comes out. Worrying about the far future is not productive, we're playing the game now.
