First mons you ever maxed?
I finally hit level 38 on Saturday! I had very few pokemon leveled up past level 35, but I've been slowly leveling some of my favorites/ most useful ones in preparation for hitting level 38. So in the last week or so, I've spent nearly 400k dust to bring my first 5 mons to level 40:
Dragonite DT/O - My first Dragonite that took me nearly a year to attain and is easily my favorite mon.
Espeon C/FS and Alakazam PC/Psychic - My Machamp heroes. The Espeon is "only" 89% but it was my first one and I've actually used 2 or 3 tms to finally get the right moves. The Zam is a wild caught 96% (as an Abra). I've frequently considered switching up Psychic, but I just can't. I await the day that Niantic makes Psychic 2 bars again and it becomes the great move it once was!
Gengar SC/SB - 91%, and I just found it sitting in my storage at level 19 this spring. I used a single charge tm and brought it up to level 30. I gradually kept bringing it up and finally gave it the last push to 40. I'm sad I can't use it against Gengar and Alakazam any more, but it's still useful against Jynx and I'm sure I'll bring it out against Latios/Latias.
Exeggutor BS/SoB - one of my original Blissey killers which has found a definite home against Suicune, Groudon, and Kyogre. I wasn't going to max him out, but with Groudon and Kyogre back, I said to hell with it and maxed him out.
I wish I had more rare candies to justify maxing my legendaries that sit between levels 30-35. Maybe someday. Also soon to come is my top Machamp as soon as I acquire more candies (machop is exceedingly rare around here).
So which ones were the first ones you maxed or the first ones you plan to max once you can?

My first maxed mon was my 98% DT/OR Dragonite. After that:
100% DT/OR Dragonite
96% C/DP Machamp
98% BS/SoB Exeggutor
98% RT/SE Golem
100% MS/SoB Groudon
100% B/C Tyranitar
I can not get myself to max Blissey, Gyarados and Rhydon. They all sit at lvl 35,5. The next one I will max is a 100% C/DP Machamp. Unfortumately I don't have a Kyogre with great IVs to date worth maxing but hopefully I will get luck in the upcoming week.
I now have 12 maxed pokemon:
First and only for a long while was 96% B/C Ttar
Second was a panic power up for a Ttar trio - 100% WG/AT vaporeon
Then 98% DT/O Dragonite (right before Gen3)
TS/TB Jolteon
C/FS Espeon
BS/LB Sceptile
BS/SB Exeggutor
TS/WC Raikou
FB/A Jynx
DT/O Dragonite (community day power up)
FB/A Jynx (community day power up)
C/DP Machamp (community day power up)
In the queue: Lv 37 W/HP Gyarados, Lv 37 RT/SE Golem, Lv 35 FB/IB Lapras, Lv 31 C/DP Machamp, Lv 34.5 Flareon, Lv 34 Umbreon (have the candies to max a Kyogre and Mewtwo but not the dust)
In Feb I've been averaging about 35k a day excluding community day and 42k per day including, so it shouldn't take long.
1. 100% Jolteon maxed to my level before the gym change
2. 100% Tyranitar same day as I got it from a raid
3. 100% Dragonite as soon as I was able to TM it
4. 89% Flareon because I wanted to
5. 93% Vaporeon because I wanted to
6. 15a Blissey put in a lot of work in old gyms
7. 96% BS Snorlax same as above
8. 100% Machamp
9. 91% Espeon
10. 93% Lugia I like Lugia
After that most of my maxed mons have been meta counters relevant at the moment of maxing. Currently at 30 maxed.
