Dragonite of DM: (high iv & low level) or (low iv, high level)?

I don't think I'll have time to catch dratini family tomorrow. However, I still want to have a DM dragonite. In my stock, I have the following dratinis:
1) L30 14a6d11s 69%
2) L27 15a6d10s 69%
3) L20 15a11d11s 82%

Which one would you choose to evolve to DM dragonite? Thanks.

I was wondering the same. (Listed A/D/S) the two in the 400’s are Lv 20 hatches. However, I’m not sure I was to “waste” my good dratini on a sub-optimal move.

Hope I do better than the only Dratini I have, caught a 651cp level 29 15a/3d/9s this morning. 205 candies. Wife at least has a 15/9/14 570cp level 24, 80 candies.
