It\s worse I'd estimate 90% of time, with it being equal to slightly better 10%.

It is a 1 bar move, so a Dragonite with DM will show up in your raid autoselector more than Outrage. But again, this is only an issue if you go with autoselector out of not knowing better or in rare case of multiacct/b-team/join a lobby at last second.
