The true weather trio leader

Kyogre might be the best in weather neutral situations. Groudon might be the most commonly boosted unless you live in Seattle. All are good.

Right now? Rayquaza for sure, it’s a top notch counter to itself.

In my opinion I like rayquaza. Him being a generalist and high damage makes him more usable in more situations.

Kyogre and groudon will be more useful/relevant in the long run because their in a league of their own. While I like rayquaza most of the 3 with so many dragons coming in the future it’s gonna have serious competition like garchomp, palkia, dialga and the even later gens dragons.
Still plan to max a rayquaza and probably a salamance. Heck I’m probably gonna power 1 of almost all dragons.

Kyogre by far IMO. Overwhelmingly the best water type and hits so hard that he can even be used as a generalist. He'll be an awesome counter to any future rock, ground or fire type raid bosses.
