Is there any reason for b/se Tyra
I have 2 b/c tyra and him. Should I ctm it to crunch?

Crunch is better because there's less wasted energy on average and it's more consistent with its role as the best Dark-type attacker. It really shines against Alakazam and Gengar. Chances are there are better counters if you need to resort to Ttar as a Rock type (i.e. Golem, Omastar if you're lucky). I've tried both and I'm sold on Crunch, mainly because SE has underwhelming damage output as a 1-bar charge move.
Crunch is a crappy move too, and only a little bit ahead of Stone Edge against Mewtwo.
Unless you are swimming in charge TMs, having a mix of Tyranitars with B/C and B/S is fine. Lead off with Stone Edge while the defender's energy is low, then follow up with Crunch.
OP already has two with Crunch. Fire Blast is worse than both, so not worth the cost of potentially bouncing between Stone Edge and Fire Blast while trying to get Crunch on the third.
Only possible reason to keep Stone Edge on a TTar is if you have it as your only maxed out mon, use it as a generalist, and are targeting any raids that are weak to rock.
In neutral situations it's really not bad that, with comparable DPS to Crunch, trading consistent damage output for better dodging ability, improved especially since you will often run into Partly Cloudy weather but may be hard-pressed to find consistent Foggy weather.
However, Tyranitar's more enduring role is as a Dark Specialist. Other mons can perform generalist roles with better resistances and higher DPS, and though Tyranitar has great stats its moves are decent at best. (For example, Moltres has both great stats and fantastic iterations of Fire-type moves). Tyranitar also has weaknesses that are commonly found in gym defenders (Steel, Fairy, Ground) as well as in gym attackers (Water, Grass, Ground, 2x Fighting).
Ttar is a great rock to cling to if its your only powered mon and is super useful across the board. However, once you get to a point where you have lots of good candidates and resources to power them up, there will be better options. Tyranitar isn't likely to ever be replaced as the premier Dark Specialist, however, and Crunch, though a terrible Dark-type move, provides consistent damage, 3-bars with an early attack window (Good for scenarios where Ttar would die quickly, such as against Focus Blast), and tons of bulk. Golem outperforms it in Rock-type offense and other mons outperform it in generalist scenarios. The only situation I could see it being a huge standout as a generalist would be against ZH/Psy Blissey.
I TM'd my last Stone Edge Tyranitar after thinking about it for weeks. I have plenty of great generalists and realized that I never used the Stone Edge one anymore, plus I think Tyranitar's future movesets will further cement him as a dark specialist and I think Rhyperior in gen 4 will be given a rock fast move to become the new #1 rock type attacker. Double dark Tyranitar will be the best counter for Latias and Latios, among other future legendaries, so I think having 4-6 of them is a good investment.
If you have 2 B/C, and one B/SE, I'd leave them all alone. B/SE actually has higher neutral DPS that B/C. People lose sight of the fact that Crunch isn't a great move. Houndooms with S/C should be CTMd to S/FP because Foul Play does more damage than Crunch. Stone Edge isn't great for damage either, but it's fast and really hard to dodge, so may pay dividends when (if) PvP comes out. And it's still quite effective on Ttar.
