Omastars meta
Soloed and caught a 100iv omastar.
it was one of the best pokemons in the meta but i haven’t Used it any raids lately. Any possible usage excluding the possible rerolling old raids and moves?

Unfortunately it's been power-crept out as a water type attacker, so it's only real use is with a Rock Throw moveset, against Pokemon with double weakness to rock.
As a pure water attacker it's outclassed by Gyarados and Kyogre in DPS, and about on par with Vaporeon since they have similar attack stats.
In survivability it's on par with Vaporeon against fire types due to it's resistance but Vaporeon's not as good as it used to be anyway, now that Gyarados got Waterfall and Kyogre is released.
Even against Moltres which is probably it's best matchup, with it's best currently available moveset (Water Gun + Rock Blast) is about on par with Gyarados' double water moveset in DPS but higher total damage, and actually worse than Kyogre in both terms of DPS and total damage output despite the type advantage.
It's a bit like Flygon vs electric types. You'd think it'd be good because of it's typing but it's lower stats cancel that advantage. Though Flygon was useless before it was even added to the game, Omastar had a period of usefulness at least.
