Yup. Caught a 71 IV one that wasn't weather boosted. Mewtwo is still amazing and IVs don't matter all that much because his base stats are so high.

Its the ABCs of Mewtwo! I have the same IVs with different moveset!

Mine is now at lvl 30 3301cp. I'm so happy to have one that I don't mind spending dust or candy on it (lets not go crazy though!).
