Why does after every update the attacking and breakout rates go out of the roof?

Is it me or after every update pokemon become much more aggressive for a week.

I've encountered some pokemon that are attacking balls AS SOON as they hit the pokemon and seemingly only attack at that moment while others simply break out once without a shake, regardless of capture rate then just stay there and got caught in case if they didn't attack your balls which they likely will.

It's happening every update and seems to just calm down until the next update and it quickly gets frustrating as hell.
