Defending Quick Attack CD
There seems to be a discrepancy between the claims of this site, that the cooldowns on quick attacks for defending are normal cooldown + 2 seconds, and the popular opinion of many other sites, which claim all defending quick attack cooldowns are fixed at 1.5 seconds.
Is there data-mining confirmation for either of these? I imagine it could also be tested with bubble, which would either be 1.5 or 4.3 seconds, but I don't have anything with bubble to test it myself.

The popular opinion is wrong!
The easiest way to test this is check any youtube or twitch video of gym battles, then find fights with defenders of different quick moves.
Ideally, bubble (2.3s CD + 2s) , but steel wing (1.33s CD + 2s), wing attack (.75s CD + 2s), or anything else basically would also work. Wait for the defender to do its first four attacks. You'll find the game clock winded down to different time depending on the quick move's CD, proving the 1.5 second gap hypothesis as incorrect!
