which of the two Groudon should I choose to give powerup?
ATA - STA - HP
2320 - 98% 14 / 15 / 15
2307 - 91% 15 / 13 / 13

(Assuming that you put STA but meant Def:) you should gain one HP with the 98% and lose one damage in the cycle, against a neutral type. The first one will reach 4060 CP and the other 4038.

One damage in the cycle is meaningless. A little more defense on top of extra HP is more significant.

First the first one, then the second one. One with DT/SoB or MS/SoB, the other with MS/EQ. You pick the order.

Or better yet, do a buffed one between now and the 15th, and power up that more cheaply.
