Gen 3 Regional Exclusives changed?

Zangoose and Seviper swapped locations several days ago.

Only Zangoose and Seviper

Just the 2 that are chasing each other around the globe

They've swapped in Romania too. Used to be Seviper, now Zangoose, but the Zangoose seem to be rarer. I'd normally get Sevipers all over the place.

Did something happen with Tauros too? I'm in Michigan, feel like I hadn't seen one in months and when the Zangoose/Seviper switch happened I started seeing them again
