Groudon Power Up Dilemma

Hi all,
I have 3 Groudon that Im currently thinking to power up. IVs A,D,S.
1- 2320 CP 14/15/15
2- 2892 CP 15/13/14
3- 2320 CP 14/15/15 same
I have 102 Groudon candy and enough rare candy/dust/TMs.
which one should I power up?
