Bug in location for catches but not egg origin.

Whenever I hatch an egg the correct town is displayed as its origin. But when I catch a Pokémon in European villages it usually
displays the municipality shifted from the north or northeast.

My examples (real location, game location):

Manresa, Catalonia, Spain (center) = El Bages, Catalonia, Spain
Castellgalí, Catalonia, Spain = Manresa, Catalonia, Spain
Sant Vicenç de Castellet, Catalonia, Spain = correct, except north = Manresa
Terrassa, Catalonia, Spain (center) = correct
Bedum, Groningen, Netherlands = Westerwijtwerd or Groningen
Groningen, Netherlands (north) = Garmerwolde

I would think if the eggs can get it right, so can the spawns. Note that El Bages even is not a municipality but a district, and previously showed as ,,Catalunya, Spain. Weird.
