Zangoose now obtainable in Europe

Yeah my friend just obtained a seviper (U.S.);
people are also reporting the same on the silph road

Edit: also, Niantic tweeted the other day "Trainers, which of these Pokémon would you bring to a Gym Battle against Alakazam?" and of the 51,000+ that replied, 44% chose seviper...
