Does anything affect candy odds when feeding berries?

Are odds better or worse of getting candy from feeding berries if:
- You are feeding at a gold/silver/bronze/nobadge gym?
- You are feeding remotely vs. locally?
- The species of the mon you are feeding?
- The type of berry (golden/nanab/razz/pinap)?

Any data or articles about this? I've found that feeding berries is a great source for semi-rare candies such as Chansey, Dratini, and Larvitar. I'd like to maximize that.

TSR was collecting data on this earlier and AFAIK the data gathering is now over so there is probably going to be a published study at some point. Until then I'd just assume nothing affects it and it's completely RNG with about 1% droprate.
