Dragonite with Dragon Breath/Hurricane

Maybe try to get Outrage. DB is actually lower EPS than DT, believe it or not, and if you already have a DB/DC then you don't need one for absolute speed.

You have 2 DT/O already. Keep this moveset. DB can let you dodge easily. Hurricane has an early dodge window and quite powerful. It also can have extra damage to grass/bug/fight.

I would keep it as is. The advantage of DB is speed and nimbleness, and hurricane is a better fit with that.

You may end up with DB/HB. (Took me 6 CTMs to get FS on my 98% Alakazam.)

I've more and more started to appreciate hurricane; soloing machamp, duoing/tripling victreebell and poliwrath.

Outrage is a bit of a misfit. I Never Use in in raids except maybe the final slot in a tier 5; Never 3 and 4 since Its DPS just won't cut it.

In the gym meta: hurricane is worse but is still very good

DB/O is my favorite for clearing gyms.
