Fix gym ideas

Two ideas.
Add a clock to every gym that resets when take down. Adjust batteling prestige so that you wear down more prestige for every 10 min clock has been ticking. Say 5% for every 15 min. Incourages to make runs where you take down several gyms in 2 hours, but without creating lvl 10 gyms unchanged for days.

Make it impossible to revive or potion pokemons for 5 min after they have battled. Forces everyone to use more pokemons and not just their top tier.

You say that there shouldn't be level 10 gyms unchanged for days but want to make it harder to heal attacking Mon?? Those thoughts don't go together.
After the gym updates, the bigger issue has been finding gyms that will hold up long enough to be worth taking over in the first place. Why spend the potions on a level 10 gyms just to get booted yourself in an hour?

Great for you. Enjoy your coins when everyone else stopped playing.

What made people stopped gyming is when they cut the prestige point in half and raised the gym take down points. Now prestige is back to normal and more people are going to gyms. I work hard for my gyms. Defending them daily from attacks.

Are the lvl 10 gyms in your town held by different teams, or are all same? If same you can assume all other team players will get bored eventually.

Doesn't matter if they're held by the same team. They spent time walking, powering up their Pokémon etc. Here, 98% of the gyms are held by Team Mystic. It's hard living in a town that is controlled by another team but I guess there's the fun in that. I try to get at least 50 coins per day.

Aren't gyms already easy to take down?

There are 2 things needed to fix gyms. Mechanics (rules, limits, timers etc) and balance (pure prestige changes). I agree gyms are too easy to take down, but that can easily be adjusted with prestige changes. So any change in Mechanics need to be Balanced.

Gyms come down easily enough.

If you want to encourage people to place different kinds of pokemon in gyms, then reward that. After the first two pokemon in a gym, if you place a pokemon that doesn't match any other pokemon in the gym, maybe you get an extra 500 prestige.

There are more good ideas that I did not come up with.

Change order when gym defenders are taken down to LIFO (last in, first out)

Add sections in gyms for pokemon level 5-10, 11-15, 16-20 etc. More rewards for higher lvl.

Last in, First out? Quite good actually but I'll pass. What's the point of tou powering up your mons and wasting stardust? I dunno. Probably this benefits you.
