Are you getting your free incubator?
I though we were supposed to have a free incubator with the first spin of the day. Yesterday I waited until the event start to spin my first stop and I didn’t get any incubator. Today first spin: no incubator. Anyone else not getting it? Am I doing something wrong? (I also spinned gyms but they were not the first spin of course)

This I’m waiting till after 9pm UK time to spin my 1st of the day to get the incubator. Last year I’ve missed out on the 1st day free incubator so this year I’ve learned my lesson and filled my bag ahead of time to pass through this day.
Luckily this is just for the 1st day that you have to wait for that specific hour, from midnight it will match your own timeline.
This idea of needing to wait for the first spin of the day until after 1 p.m. PST is idiotic. I apparently and accidentally got my first spin after midnight last night and then realized that I would miss out on an incubator for not waiting 15 hours in my time zone to spin a pokestop again. You would have thought that Niantic would have learned from last year and made the first day incubator start on the first spin after the event starts, not the first spin of the day. But then, maybe that's giving too much credit to Niantic.
