CP Formula Tweak

I would like them to tweak the CP formula to add a bit more cp for Def/HP.

It's annoying that the higher IV pokemon can be lower CP at the same level.

I just caught a Level 30 Lapras today. Its 77% percent but has 20 more CP than my 80% Level 30 Lapras.

All because 77% has a 15 attack and 20 HP/Def vs
80% having 11 attack and 25 HP/Def
