What raid should I attempt to solo next?
I a recent power boost with a new phone (Android, 4GB RAM instead of 2 - it makes a huge difference). This is making soloing raids a LOT easier - it's like gaining 20 seconds. Not sure which one to try next...
What I've done successfully thus far:
- Vaporeon (very close w/old phone)
- Scyther (won easily w/old phone)
- Porygon (won easily w/new phone)
- Machamp (lost w/old phone, won easily w/new)
Attempted but failed (all with old phone):
- Arcanine
- Cloyster (I know, L2, but a tough SOB)
- Omastar
I have teams optimized for Vaporeon and Machamp - lots of Exeggutors with Solar Beam, lots of Espeons, and of course, plenty of eeveelutions. My bench isn't as deep with other types, such as rock, ground, dark and fighting types.
I have very few legendaries - the only L30 one I have is Entei. I wasn't playing PoGo due to work committments for the legendary launch or the legendary birds. I only started playing again when Entei was out in North America.

Good choice, although I find Gengar trickier. Sometimes, I win on the first attempt with 25-30 seconds left, and other times, I squeak out a narrow victory on the 2nd or 3rd attempt. Machamp seems more straightforward.
I'd recommend using a Gengar or two in the lineup against Gengar, especially if the Gengar boss has focus blast.
If you have a lot of SoB Exeggutors, but you failed against Omastar, I assume they mostly have psychic quick moves. You want BS/SoB Eggs against Omastar, along with other double grass mons like Venusaur, Victreebel, and Vileplume. C/SoB Eggs are not nearly as effective. Omastar is pretty straightforward if you just constsntly spam it with grass attacks, because it is double weak to grass.
C/SoB isn't very good against Omastar. You'd be better off with a double grass Victreebel or Vileplume. Seed bomb is a low DPS charge move, although if you only have one in the lineup, it should be good enough.
It would also help to power up a couple of the Exeggutors to the max BS breakpoint against Omastar (lvl 34.5 for 155 att IV), although I only had one powered up that high when I won with 20 seconds left.
Otherwise, I think you either have a serious phone lag problem, or you are dodging too much. I dodged zero times the first time I beat Omastar, and I won with 20 seconds left, and with the sixth mon, a Victreebel, still having half its HP left. The lineup was three BS/SoB Eggs, RL/SoB Vileplume, RL/LB Victreebel, and RL/SoB Victreebel. The first Egg was level 35, and all the rest were either level 30 or 31.
Since you beat Vaporeon already you should be able to beat Omastar. SoB Exeggutors, TM to grass fast move if not already, dodge only if it'll get you one more Solar Beam. Should finish the raid with plenty of time to spare and no danger of dying.
Cloyster is doable with the same team as Omastar, although any Machamps or good electrics you can bring in will be an upgrade over grass types that might take SE damage from the boss.
Gengar is generally speaking easy but how you approach it depends a lot on the moveset. For any moveset, Dragonite, Rhydon, Gyarados are ok fillers at the end.
Shadow Ball: Tyranitars and Houndooms. Hits SE against all the glass cannons so those are a bad idea.
Focus Blast: This is where the glass cannons Gengar, Espeon and Alakazam, even Banette, shine. FB is predictable and easy to dodge. Tyranitar is still great but also requires dodging.
Sludge Bomb: Glass cannons are still useable but likely to go down a lot faster. Tyranitar is supreme, Rhydon is better here than against the other moves.
