Gym 'Error'

Super irritating I can relate. Worst is when you are about to win against the last mon and you lose on the 1K takedown bonus.
Ive noticed that the "drift" occurs more when wifi is enabled on my phone and it tries to connect to a nearby router. Turning that off seems to help alot.

This happends because your gps makes your avatar walks sometimes, even if u are not moving. The game thinks u are far from the gym and ban u from that gym for like 5 or 10 minutes. Try to stay closer to the gym

Often happens to me to, because of GPS drift. You can avoid it by switching off GPS once you're in the gym, the error message "GPS signal not found" obstructs the upper part of the screen but it's still better than getting kicked out and being soft-banned for some minutes.

They should remove this soft ban...

The actual GPS spoofers will never have the "drift" problem because, well, they are fake GPS anyway. Only the legit players that actually standing there has it. What's the point of this soft ban anyway?
