I would recommend 3 Alakazams,Espeon, a maybe 1 or 2 Exeguttor and 1 or 2 Gengar if you are a proficient dodger you should be fine and these are all high DPS options for other raids.(other than psychic eggys)

I don't know on which ones to use. I generally favor all double digit ivs with attack being 12 minimum if I can but I am not F2P so I am at an advantage due to egg hatches/raids.

The two 14 attack 'Zam's are good. You really want future sight on Espeon too. I've found that for Exeggutor, Solar Beam is more effective than Psychic, despite Machamp's weakness to Psychic (base power 216 with STAB for Solar Beam, 168 with STAB and SE for Psychic). The danger with Gengar is that if you go against Heavy Slam or Bullet Punch, Gengar is way too soft, and goes down very fast.

All that said, a decent level 31 team from the best of these mon can probably take down Machamp with Counter/Close Combat. Bullet punch will make it tougher (no resistance), and Heavy Slam even more so. Either quick move with Dynamic Punch is much more difficult - I'm level 35, and I go in with Espeons at levels 36 and 35 with FS, Dragonite level 33 with Hurricane, Eggy level 36 with Solar beam, and then either Entei and Gyarados if he's all steel, Level 31 Scyther if all fight, or Dragonite level 36 DT/O and 31.5 DT/O if mixed, and I can't take down Dynamic Punch. But Close Combat is a walk in the park.

The problem is survivability, since you don't have Lugias.

Rather than spend stardust, you should find Eevees with high level (28+) and walk them into Espeons regardless of IVs. It takes longer than powering up some of those pokemon, but way less time than accumulating the stardust does.

In case that's not possible because Eevees are rare for you, for any helpful advice we'd need to know what levels your pokemon are currently. They're not all hatches so can't assume every one of them to be L20.

What you probably want is to have 3-4 Alakazam/Espeon and 2-3 Exeggutor, since you don't have Dragonite/Lugia to anchor, survivability will be your main issue. Exeggutor with Solar Beam is fine, about as good as with Psychic, in case you have those powered up already.

Gengar should not be powered up for Machamp solos since it's not that useful if the boss has steel moves and its DPS isn't comparable to Alakazam/Espeon.

Either way, Dynamic Punch and Heavy Slam will be hard for you to solo and will most likely require dodging.

Successful dynamic punch solo team a few hours ago, in order:

2240 CP 84IV Exegg ZH/Psy
2474 100IV Zam C/FS
2518 93IV Exegg ZH/SoB
2456 96IV Zam PC/FS
2373 53IV Exegg C/SoB
2108 80IV Exegg E/SoB

All are level 30 or below. Took three tries and the right dodging to win with ~10 sec left on the last attacker, well into the red. A fellow trainer was unable to win with a higher level team. Start over if you can’t get off 2 charge attacks from the first several attackers.
