Exactly. I might still risk it if it was a gym my team owned, and just my free pass, but still, I hate when I try a raid so close to it expiring and the game crashes or I error out.

Yep! I've fallen victim to that too! Crashed and not being able to catch my Ivysaur as the raid had ended! They should just come up with a way to continue where you left off when attempting to catch a Raid boss. Otherwise it feels like my Pokemon is stuck in limbo.. Wasn't caught but didn't escape! So where is it?

Although on a lucky note yesterday i had 50 seconds left (I ran) at the end of the day for my 1st Solo Marowak raid which I took down with 0 seconds to spare and managed to catch it!!

I wish you could skip the rest of the lobby countdown timer once your lineup is set.
