Pokemon level 30

Hey guys. I just reached level 29 and I noticed that after level 30 Pokemons just got half CP from power up than before. Does that mean they get every stat half too? If it is, should I power up more others to level 30 before I keep powering my frequently used team? Thanks for your answer.

Yes, there are diminishing returns and you start to hit damage breakpoints too. That being said, most trainers still power up our top mons after L30. A L39 Alakazam still performs noticeably better than a L30 one, but it is very expensive to get her up to that level.

Well, a level 39 performs approximately 10 % better than a level 30, so you really have to make your mind up if 150 candy and 130k dust is worth it. In most circumstances it’s a better option to take another one to level 30, your team will perform better, but in some instances you need to max out, e g Flareon and Ninetales.
