When does lvl 30 wild Pokemon become available?
30 is the max Pokemon level that one can catch in the wild.
Some say that earliest one can catch level 30 Pokemon is at trainer level 30. What is confusing me is that max Pokemon level at trainer level 30 is 31.5. Does that mean that one cannot ever capture fully powered Pokemon? (E.g., If you are trainer level 25, max Pokemon level you can capture is 25, while max Pokemon level for the trainer level would be 26.5.)
How does this work? Does one get access to level 30 wild Pokemon at trainer level 30 or 29?
