Zapdos Question
I am considering powering up a 98% 15/15/14 Zapdos to level 30 as my 6th slot for Suicine.
My other 5 would be:
-Raikou, 96%, TS/WC, level 39
-Exeggutor, 98%, BS/SoB, level 39
-Jolteon, 84%, TS/TB, level 39
-Venusaur, 96%, VW/SoB, level 39
-Dragonite, 100%, DT/O, level 39
My dilemma is that I have a second 96% 15/13/15 Raikou that I could power up to level 30 instead. I know that Raikou is superior to Zapdos, so I was curious what other people would do in my situation.
My understanding is that the pros for Zapdos are:
1) Variety
2) Counter to Solar Beam Ho-Oh
3) Could improve when Gen 3 hits
4) Flying type = resistance to grass, fighting, ground, bug (unlike Raikou)
I like variety, but not sure if that’s enough to power up Zapdos over a second Raikou. What do you all think?

If u could, power up Zapdos to at least 36.5 to hit the last charge beam breakpoint against suicune. I powered up my Zapdos all the way for variety but I think I might max out another raikou. I'm kinda in the same situation as u except i already maxed my Zapdos. I'm using all maxed out Zapdos raikou egg 2x dragonite mewtwo. I would like to replace one of my dragonite or mewtwo out for another raikou.
