Is it possible to change its Hidden Power Type move to another element? I have used up 9 fast tm and always got the psychic hidden power move back again :/

That test pretty much says it all. No you can’t change type.

You can't change the typing of Hidden Power. Not sure if serious with the 9 fast TMs tho.

Did you switch it back and forth on the same day? Advice here (possibly nonsense, possibly good) is if you are trying for a change and get the wrong moveset, wait a day before changing again.
