Can't find any ghost Pokémon. Please help!

I have been playing Pokémon GO for 6 months and currently I'm in level 22. During the first 2 days of Halloween, I found and caught some ghost Pokémon. But yesterday I got this message. I changed my password but still can't find any ghost Pokémon. I have not used any unfair means in the game. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this message?

Well, for some reason the game thinks you're spoofing. If you have spoofing programs on your phone, delete them, and then restart the game. If not, contact Niantic's customer support, and try to see what the issue is. You might have some software on your phone that PoGo thinks is spoofing software but isn't; hopefully they can resolve the issue.
