Is this Entei worth spending all the resources needed to power it up?
Didn't play for several months (before legendaries), and I just caught my first legendary - a 91% Entei with Fire Spin/Fire Blast - pretty good.
I was thinking of powering it up to use as a replacement for my 84%/L30 Flareon with FS/OH. I use the Flareon primarily as my go-to for killing Gleaming Blisseys.
But, it's a lot of resources. It would take all of my rare candy (I have 31 rare candy, and 3 Entei candy), a bucket of stardust, and my only charge TM to (hopefully) get it overheat.
Is that investment worth it, or should I just stick with my Flareon?

If you just caught it then use it a few times in regular gyms to see what it does at level 20. I've gotten 8 so far--33 Entei candy, so 3 caught with pinap. I used one of mine for the first time today and it performed pretty well at level 20 against a half motivated gym. I'll keep raiding hoping for one better than my best, 1909 but while also throwing some pinaps out there to get 60+ Entei candy without using any rare.
Month ain't over. I caught a 96 on the second day, only to catch a 98 two days later. I caught two more 90 plus the same week. Haven't done a raid in a week and a half, but don't jump in before the time is up. You might be surprised--this coming from someone who didn't get anything over 84 from t-tar, lugia, or any of the birds.
