How far you power up a shiny gyarados?

I maxed out mine! 96 IVs and it is sitting at 3195.

When you say "you got a shiny Gyarados", you mean, you got a shiny magikarp and evolved it right ? Lot of people are still waiting to determine if shiny Gyarados' exist in the wild since it's already very rare to see a normal wild one.

Whatever gives you the most satisfaction is the way to go. Personally, i would prioritize being able to carry my weight in smallest raid team possible versus lendaries. After I have highest possible breakpoints with 6 best counters, I would have pet projects like powering up a shiney.

I took 4 over 3k. As some of y'all may know I have 8 more karps on standby. The ones I powered are between 69-75%. The rest of them are under 50% with the exception of just one over 50. The thought of 12 3k shiny gyaradoses is appealing though...

Havent regretted it. Love this beast.

All three of mine, who have mediocre IV's, stay maxed out - currently 38.5. I consider it a fine use of resources.... They seem to invite rivals to attack the gyms they're in and send them home with coins ;)
