Using Lugia to truly solo a Machamp- Sky Attack or Future Sight?
Sky Attack and Future Sight are both super effective on Machamp, which one is the optimial, or they are actually very similar in performance?

lol it's all good. I would personally go with Sky Attack since it gives you some room to work with if you build up too much energy or faint right before building a full bar for Future Sight to go off. Sky attack being a 2 bar move plus Machamp being weak to it really helps. Also it depends on your play style as well. Do you like to dodge or do you like to take the hits to build your meter faster?
Yeah, I would think SA will be a better bet. SA cast-time is 2 sec, very fast (it's just slightly slower than Dragon Claw @ 1.7 sec), whereas while FS is relatively fast for a 1-bar, 2.7 secs still runs a risk.
Another understated matter is how much less energy wastage from multi-bars, especially in this rubber-banding lag situations. Coz not only u had to dodge perfectly, but also try to beat the clock, so wasted energy for otherwise potentially more charge moves usage will matter too.
