Donphan vs Golem (against Raikou)

I'm Raikoued out (45 raids), so I'm not going to look up stats...but pretty clear that Rhydon best, Golem next, then Donphan

Golem for sure. But Donphan is close despite lack of STAB and SE on the fast move, because of how good Counter is and how bad Mud Slap is. Counter also charges Mud Slap faster.
Donphan is also tankier, though not by much.

Golem has higher DPS but Donphan dodges better for what it's worth. Either one works.
