Raikou has finally come here, after a month of Suicune.

Which of these should I include in my Raikou team to do maximum damage and get maximum damage balls?

Your team is a bit ropey for +3 damage balls as you need to raid in a smaller group (6-7 is ideal for Raikou) and last 200+ seconds for you to do enough damage, and you don't have enough Rhydons or ground Golems it seems.
But I think this will be the best for you:
1. Dragonite 7
2. Exeggutor 10
3. Rhydon 1
4. Rhydon 2
5. Donphan
6. Whatever you need to finish the fight, maybe even Blissey
Use Donphan for slot 5 to facilitate dodging while for the first 4 you can be a bit more careless (the quick moves of first 4 are quite bad for dodging anyway). Counter is really easy to dodge with and you can last a considerable time with Donphan if the fight is still going on by the 5th pokemon.
Thunder shock you should do very very well, but for Volt Switch you will definitely need more Rhydons for maximum balls.
