Idea for Halloween
Not instead of a double candy dust, in addition.
Do tier 4 Ditto raids where the ditto randomly turn to one of the mons in the first line, but also the turn is permanent(so that we get that mon in the end instead of a useless ditto). This could be cool since you don't know what you are going to fight when you choose your lineup, so you will have to choose a diverse line, or loose precious time going back to the lobby and choosing again.

I like the idea, but I think it might make things a bit too crazy if it was entirely hidden what the potential Pokémon could be. Maybe if that Ditto had a Type tag that lined up with the potential Pokémon - like say you saw a Level 4 Ditto with the Ground tag, you could expect it to be a Rhydon, or if you saw one with Rock it could be Rhydon or Tyrannitar. Or it could introduce new ones (like say a Steel tag and it turns out to be Steelix) that way. It wouldn't give the type of Mon away, but it would make it a bit easier to plan.
Right now it would suck to organize the hell out of a Level 4 raid to get 5+ people only to find that you were hoping for a Tyranitar and ended up with a Charizard.
The thing is that after a day or two people will understand how that works and can plan the raid they want. For example you want a dragonite raid, just have everyone in the raid group place dragonite as their first attacker.
You can also do cool challenges like try solo a tier 4 pidgey or something.
