about pokémon base stats, cp formula

hi guys,
I have a question, rather simple.I know there are some calculations about it but I'm still confused.
You know there are certain base stats for each pokémon but do they differ depending on level?
i.e Charizard's base stats are
156 223 176 (sta atk def) , are these stats for level 40 ? or is it the same for each Charizard ? (level 25 and level 40 , are their stats different?)

I'd be happy to be answered in this , thank you...

The base stats are the same for any Pokemon of the species. The thing that differs with level is the CP Multiplier.
I don't know the details about this, this is all I know.

The base stats are multiplied to each other, with attack stat having a higher weighting while defence and stamina being equal.

Do take note that the base stats are MULTIPLIED to each other, not added. So, there can be cases where a Pokemon has higher attack stat and higher base stat total, yet lower CP (e.g. Cloyster vs Lapras).

The pokemon iv is added to the base stats and then they are multiplied by a cp_multiplier which increase with level to give the actual stats. Note that even at lvl 40 the multiplier is 0.79 so the stats are smaller than the base stats.

What changes with each level is the CpM.
